Jake Weary
Jake Weary is an electro-pop/hip hop entrepreneur hailing from Jersey, but your bound to find him at the clubs in Westwood, CA. Weary has been producing music on his laptop since the age of 12, and has played several roles in movies, and in his early career took a lead in the popular soap, As The World Turns. Weary’s unique ear for sound, his catchy hooks and corky love songs ring true and galvanize a new generation of music lovers. His debut Mix tape "The Hard Love" was officially released on June 17th, 2010 through Hip Folk Records. "The Hard Love" consists of a little Hip hop and a splash of new age electronic-pop and heartbreak, making Weary's first release incredibly successful. Expect to see this kid a lot more in 2010 - Weary is already working hard on another album, as well as a debut album with his other project, Landlord (a collaboration with producer "Groundislava"). "The Hard Love" is available for free download exclusively through Hip Folk Records.
